Ohio Epilogue

This was really a wonderful trip with the Veaseys, Splaines and McKenzies. I truly believe that our children should experience the USA, beyond our New England borders, before doing the Europe tour. We have too much natural beauty and history here. Gettysburg and Amish country five years ago, as a great family caravan started this whole adventure-some idea. In between all of this my Veasey Family has explored the Grand Canyon, Yosemite National Park, San Francisco and the California coast, Williamsburg and New York City. Each visit created special memories and an appreciation for the American experience. I am sure we will do another road-trip to other less traveled parts of the country (a Lewis and Clark journey, or Route 66 would be ideal). I used to love Charles Kuralt every Sunday morning and now I know why. This is a very good thing.
